Ley 4827: Bella Vista integra el bloque Esquina-Goya-Lavalle-Bella Vista declarado Zona de Reserva de fauna íctica, del km 853 al km 1126 (ese rango corresponde al bloque de los cuatro departamentos, no a Bella Vista sola). Efecto: pesca comercial prohibida en cualquier modalidad y prohibido el desembarco de sus productos en puertos y costas del departamento. La misma ley prohíbe la pesca comercial del dorado en toda la provincia (art. 10) y declara veda total del manguruyú (art. 9). Pesca deportiva bajo Disp. 937/2012: el pescador foráneo se lleva 1 ejemplar precintado de dorado o surubí más 2 de variadas; el residente con licencia puede retener 1 dorado de 65 a 80 cm en este tramo. Modalidades habilitadas: spinning, baitcasting, fly fishing, trolling y carnada natural, en buena medida con devolución. Licencia deportiva obligatoria, se saca online en recnaturalesctes.gob.ar. Veda estacional: Bella Vista cae en la Zona Sur de la Disp. 334 (del arroyo San Lorenzo al río Guayquiraró). El esquema habitual es pesca con devolución del 1 al 30 de noviembre y veda total del 1 de diciembre al 17 de enero: noviembre está habilitado, con devolución. Verificá la disposición de la temporada antes de viajar: la provincia dicta además vedas extraordinarias sobre la marcha (en 2026, la Disp. 618 del 29/5 y la Disp. 639 que la levantó el 3/6). Esto vale para Bella Vista y su departamento. Si la salida se estira río arriba, hacia el límite con Empedrado, ya estás en otra jurisdicción y hay que chequear qué rige ahí.
