Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to claim my profile?
Nothing. Claiming and operating on the Free plan is free forever. The booking commission ranges from 8% to 0% depending on your plan. And founding partners (the first businesses to join) get 0% commission for the first 6 months after payments go live.
How do I get paid for bookings?
The client pays via Mercado Pago when booking. The money is released to your account the day after the trip.
I have cabins or a lodge — can I take bookings per night?
Yes. You list your cabins or rooms with a per-night price and your availability, and receive bookings with check-in and check-out, like on Booking. Available on all plans (your commission depends on your plan).
What if I cancel due to weather?
You mark the trip as suspended and the client chooses a full refund or a reschedule. Your reputation is not affected.
Can I keep using WhatsApp?
Yes. Your profile has a WhatsApp button and PESQA messages coexist with your usual channel. The difference: here the calendar and payments manage themselves.
