The surubí is fished on the bottom in the deep pools during the summer rise; the dorado on spinning and fly in the riffles. There is also patí, boga and spotted surubí. Warm season with the Entre Ríos closure. La Paz offers boat ramps, guides and riverside campsites.

Embarcado. Es el límite este de la Reserva Ictícola Curuzú Chalí. Se pesca a verilero y en deriva, con carnada viva: morena y anguila.
