A Corrientes town on the upper Paraná, between Ituzaingó and the Iberá wetlands, with very good fishing for dorado, surubí, pacú and piranha. A wide stretch of river with islands, channels and riffles.
The dorado is worked with spinning and fly; the surubí and pacú, on the bottom, arrive with the warm summer water. Season from spring to autumn with the Corrientes closure. You head out by boat with a guide, and there is good shore fishing from the bluff.
