The lake of Villa Carlos Paz, in the Punilla Valley, one of the most visited reservoirs in Córdoba, with pejerrey (silverside) and carp. An urban sheet of water surrounded by sierras and full tourist life.
The pejerrey is fished drifting from a boat and from shore, with a better season in the cooler months; the carp gives bottom fishing. Carlos Paz provides all the infrastructure (marinas, ramps, boat rental) and makes it ideal for combining fishing with mountain tourism.

The philosophy of the tackle is simple: the finer and more sensitive it is, the more bites you will detect and the more you will enjoy the fight of this silver fish.
For the tararira a light-to-medium outfit is best, sturdy but comfortable to cast for hours. The setup depends on the method, but these are the specific recommendations:

Leader (essential):
Accessories:
Bottom fishing with boilies, corn or dough and a hair rig. Medium gear with rod pods and a bite alarm; it withstands long fights.
