San José del Rincón has 3 fishing spots surveyed and none rated yet.
How the fish were biting depends on the day: the river level, the season, plain luck. Scoring that with stars would be averaging the weather — one bad day would sink a spot that is excellent in season.
That is why fishing is told in the report, which carries a date and helps whoever comes next week. The stars score what does not change: access, facilities, the fishing stand and cleanliness.
