Where they're biting across Argentina

Every spot in the country, colored by how the fishing runs in October: green where it's biting hard, faded where the water is quiet or closed. The color comes from each species' real calendar and from the reports guides leave.

54 destinations biting now

87 destinations in season·998 points on the map: destinations, fishing spots and waters

A guide by season and closures, not a live report yet. When a guide files a report for a spot, that beats the calendar.

Your catch deserves better than a group chat

Tell us how the water was and we build your card: your photo, the species and the real conditions of that day, ready for your stories.

Pick the spot and continue to the form. If you're not signed in yet, we'll ask for your account first (angler or business accounts both work).

How we read the bite

Each spot's color comes from the real calendar of its species: when they come into season and when they truly bite, in Argentina time. A dorado doesn't bite in midwinter, so its spot won't turn green in July.

  • They're biting! Some species at that spot is at its best moment of the year, right now.
  • In season There are species in season, but none at their peak.
  • Quiet / closed Its species are out of season: cold water or a closure in effect.
  • No data We haven't logged what's caught there yet. We'd rather not invent it.

The water, told by guides

We're adding reports from PESQA's guides and ambassadors. When a guide reports how the water is, their first-hand read will override the calendar on the map, clearly labeled: “reported a few days ago by a guide”.
